We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities to highlight your skills and talents. Support and training is provided for all volunteer positions.

Volunteers Opportunities for January & February

Facilitators:  We are seeking facilitators for 2 hour group workshops.  The workshop will consist of large and small group activities, discussions using keypad polling technology and small group dialogue and exercises.  Some past facilitation experience is preferred.

Speakers:  Engaging speakers are needed to lead 30 minute interactive presentations.  Using keypad polling technology, participants at the interactive presentations will share views on a preferred future for the Greater Tucson Region. 

Event Staff:  Volunteers are needed to staff the IGT table at local farmer’s markets and public libraries and answer questions for community members as they take either the electronic or paper survey. 

Tech Support:  Volunteers with knowledge of Power Point and strong basic technology skills are needed to offer support for both the group workshops and the interactive presentations.  Work will include trouble-shooting PowerPoint, laptop and projector set-up.

Outreach: We continue to seek volunteers to promote IGT in diverse networks, seek opportunities for broader engagement, and strategize and implement outreach programs with the goal of instilling broad, deep community ownership of the process and Regional Vision.
